Able to compete in most events, including 400m Individual Medley, 400m, 800m and 1500m Freestyle

Complete 15 x 100m Freestyle on 1:30 turn around

Attend all required competitions (minimum 6 per year)

Competent at pre- and post- pool exercises to a high standard

Have 4 technically strong strokes
